Terms of Service: Authentic Leader Unlocked

1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the "Authentic Leader Unlocked" coaching program, membership and its corresponding materials (the "Program & Membership") provided by Borisz Merei (the "Coach") in collaboration with Bálint Kurucz (the "Technical Partner"). By enrolling in the Program & Membership, the participant ("Student") enters into a binding contract with the Coach.

2. Program Delivery & Intellectual Property

Joint IP: The Program curriculum, methodologies, digital materials, and "Authentic Leader Unlocked" framework are the joint intellectual property of the Coach and the Technical Partner.

Limited License: Upon payment, the Student is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal professional development only.

Prohibitions: Recording live sessions, distributing PDFs, or "teaching the teacher" (using these materials to train others) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

3. Payment

Payment Processing: Payments are processed via Stripe/PayPal. Access to the program is only granted once the full payment has been confirmed.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Waiver

Under EU law (Consumer Rights Directive), you have a 14-day right to withdraw from this contract without giving reasons. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded (e.g., access granted).

To exercise, inform us via email ([brand email]) or use the withdrawal button on our site.

Model Withdrawal Form:

If you withdraw, we refund payments within 14 days.

5. Data Protection & Joint Controllership

The Student's data is processed to fulfill this contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Joint Responsibility: The Coach and the Technical Partner act as Joint Controllers regarding the Student's data.

Platform Use: Data will be shared between the Coach (for instruction) and the Technical Partner (for platform management, payment processing, and technical support). A full breakdown is available in our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

No Guarantees: Coaching is a collaborative process. While the Coach provides expert guidance based on PCC standards and the ICF Code of Ethics, the Student is responsible for their own results and implementation.

This work does not substitute medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic help. You remain and are continuously responsible for your (physical and mental) wellbeing and if at any time you require urgent psychotherapeutic help, be sure to seek it out immediately.

Technical Liability: The Technical Partner is responsible for platform uptime but is not liable for Student-side internet issues or third-party software (Zoom/Stripe) outages.

7. Sensitive Data Consent

If coaching involves special category data (e.g., health, mental condition, lifestyle per Art. 9 GDPR), we process it only with your explicit consent, obtained via checkbox or form at enrollment. No sharing beyond required exceptions (e.g., ICF audits: name, contacts, dates/hours; or employer. If sessions employer-paid: name, session dates, start and finish dates in case of course purchase).

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Berlin.

9. Digital Content Conformity

Program materials conform to descriptions and are compatible with standard devices. If defective, contact us for repair, replacement, or refund per Directive 2019/770.
