Unlike mindset-focused coaching that emphasizes reframing thoughts or motivation, we work systemically: integrating body awareness, emotional regulation, identity, and context to create stable, embodied confidence that holds under pressure.

Six weeks is not about “fixing” you. It’s about learning and practicing a structured way to work with pressure and self-doubt.

Yes—every participant has a short 15-minute intake call with me before or at the start of the program (limited to 10 spots total). You can:

• Secure your spot first (full refund if we agree during the call that it’s not the right fit). No financial risk—we only want to work with genuinely aligned participants.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe as a single one-time payment.
